This will be your ID when you visit site, so you must come in the vehicle you registered. In extreme weather conditions or in unforeseen circumstances, sites may have to close for a longer period. Normal opening hours apply – but you have to pre-book a time before you visit. To get a more cost effective price you should separate your waste for recycling before going to site (e.g. into garden waste, wood, electricals etc). You can book up to two weeks in advance, or one hour before you visit, if slots are available. If you are visiting in a hire car, you will need to show a copy of your hire agreement when you visit. If you book online, you will also be reminded of how many slots you have used when you book.

When booking you will need to select ‘I am using a hire vehicle’ option. When you arrive on site, you’ll be asked to show your hire documentation. You may be temporarily restricted from accessing the site if you regularly book slots and do not attend.
